| Title: I-35W Bridge Collapse Report |
| Description: The Investigative report to Joint Committee to Investigate the I-35W Bridge Collapse, by the Gray, Plant, Mooty law firm, was released this morning at a hearing of the Joint Committee to Investigate the Bridge Collapse. Sen. Steve Murphy noted the purpose of the report in a press release when the report was authorized, "The joint committee will investigate whether actions by the state's transportation department in any way contributed to this infrastructure failure, while the National Transportation Safety Board investigation will determine what structurally caused the bridge to collapse." The main report, with its voluminous appendices, is available online on the Gray, Plant, Mooty site, on the Joint Committee site, and archived for long-term retention in the Legislative Reference Library's catalog. Print copies are available to review at the Legislative Reference Library.
